Hon. Winfridah Boyani Mokaya was sworn-in as the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary in March 2024 for an initial first term. Prior to her appointment as the CRJ, she served as the Registrar of the Judicial Service Commission, a position she assumed in 2012. Hon.
