Pursuant to Section 19 and 20 of the Judicial Service Act, 2011 the Judicial Service Commission has established a Secretariat to facilitate and support the Commission in the discharge of its mandate.
The Secretariat works under the Secretary of the Judicial Service Commission.
The day-to-day management of the Secretariat is headed by the Registrar. The Secretariat has a team comprising of the Heads of Directorates and Departments.
Currently, the Secretariat structure comprises; the Office of the Registrar, four (4) Directorates and six (6) Departments as follows
