Article 172 of the Constitution charges the Commission to facilitate the Judiciary to dispense justice to all in an efficient, effective, and accountable manner. This is accomplished by recruiting judges, magistrates, registrars, kadhis, and judicial staff; continuing education and training of judges and judicial officers; handling petitions against judges and complaints against judicial officers and staff; and advising the national Government on improving the efficiency of the administration of justice.
