Staff voices took centre stage during an engagement at the Lamu Law Courts, where officers shared their experiences, raised issues affecting their work and proposed practical solutions to strengthen the administration of justice and improve staff welfare.
The Registrar of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), Hon. Robert Kibor, led the JSC team in the staff-led dialogue, which provided an open forum for candid conversations on the working environment, service delivery and measures to better support court staff.
The engagement underscored the importance of listening to officers at the frontline of justice delivery and drawing on their insights to develop practical and responsive workplace solutions.
Also present were members of the Judiciary Management Team, alongside officers from various departments within the Judiciary.
