The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) is engaging with stakeholders at the fourth edition of the Employment and Labour Relations Annual Symposium and Exhibition (ELRASE IV), which commenced today at Strathmore University.
The forum is being held under the theme, “Labour Migration and Access to Justice: Strengthening Judicial Responses for Inclusive and Effective Labour Justice Systems.”
Through its exhibition, the Commission is sensitising stakeholders on the mandate and functions of the JSC, while deepening public understanding of its role in promoting an independent and accountable Judiciary, as well as the effective, efficient and transparent administration of justice.
The engagement also provides an opportunity for the Commission to interact directly with stakeholders, respond to enquiries and strengthen awareness of its contribution to the effective administration of justice and enhanced access to justice for all.
