Responsible for overseeing the development implementation and evaluation of financial accounting and administration policies, procedures, guidelines, plans, and strategies and for efficient and effective management of public funds in the commission.
- Director Human Resource Management -Mr. Amkaya Wellington.
Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement and Payroll, Reward and Recognition, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget in the commission.
- Director Legal Services- Mr. Martin Machira.
Responsible for providing legal advisory services to the commission.
- Director Complaints Management and Investigations- Mr. Evans Okeyo
Responsible for processing complaints and Coordination of investigations in the Commission.
- Deputy Director Boards- Simon Aruwa.
Responsible for facilitating all Commission and Committees meetings, activities and calendar.
- Deputy Director Information Communication & Technology Unit- Mr. Shadrack Nzuki
Responsible for Management of Information Systems of the Commission and day to day technical support.
- Deputy Director Public Affairs & Corporate Communication Unit- Ms. Sophia Wanuna
Responsible for the JSC communication, branding, public relations and stakeholder engagement.
