The Judicial Service Commission is today conducting interviews for the position of Chairperson of the Standards Tribunal.
Established under Section 16A of the Standards Act (Cap. 496, Laws of Kenya), the Standards Tribunal is mandated to hear and determine appeals arising from decisions of the Cabinet Secretary, the National Standards Council, and the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
Through this recruitment process, the Commission continues to strengthen specialized tribunals that play a critical role in the administration of justice, ensuring fair, efficient, and expert resolution of sector-specific disputes
