What information should a complaint/petition contain
- The name and contact details of the petitioner which shall include the postal address, telephone number, email address or physical address;
- Where the petitioner is an organization or institution or group of persons, the name of a contact person, postal address, telephone number, email or physical address and any other particulars as may be appropriate;
- The name of the Judge, judicial officer, or judicial staff
- Grounds of the complaint/petition and facts in support thereof;
- Documents in support of the complaint/petition;
- The petitioner’s list of witnesses and their written statements; and
- Any other information relevant to the petition.
