What information should a complaint/petition contain

  • The name and contact details of the petitioner which shall include the postal address, telephone number, email address or physical address;
  • Where the petitioner is an organization or institution or group of persons, the name of a contact person, postal address, telephone number, email or physical address and any other particulars as may be appropriate;
  • The name of the Judge, judicial officer, or judicial staff
  • Grounds of the complaint/petition and facts in support thereof;
  • Documents in support of the complaint/petition;
  • The petitioner’s list of witnesses and their written statements; and
  • Any other information relevant to the petition.

Please Note: There shall be no fee charged to lodge a complaint/petition against a Judge, judicial officer, judicial staff, or court station.
